The Best New Product Awards celebrate excellence in the food industry, recognising the finest products across food retail and foodservice products and equipment produced over the past year in Australia.

The chilled Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise is part of the new Birch & Waite retail range, which also includes a Whole Egg Mayonnaise. Unlike other mayonnaises, the new freshly chilled range from Birch & Waite is unique as it's found in the refrigerated section, has no preservatives and is gluten free. Both the mayonnaise and aioli will last up to six months in the refrigerator.

Since the launch of the products in June this year, home chefs from all over Australia have been whipping up restaurant quality recipes at home and enjoying the fresh, clean flavour of the deliciously smooth and creamy aioli and mayonnaise.
