Ingredients
Birch & Waite Peri Peri Dressing
3 large onions, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
6 individual pita breads
150g pizza sauce
2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
10 button mushrooms, sliced
300g grated cheese
1/2 bunch basil
Method
1. In a heavy based pan fry onion and oil until caramelized approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Spread pizza sauce over pita breads. Spread toppings over pizzas. Bake at 200C for 6-10 minutes or until cooked.
3. Drizzle Birch & Waite Peri Peri Dressing over cooked pizza.
Serve.
