The business has expanded rapidly, out-growing three factories in the last 20 years. Birch & Waite started out with just 3 staff making selected retail products, but over the years has grown with the addition of airline portions in 1989, export products in 1990, and Quick Service Restaurants products in 2004. One of the key attributes to our growth has been the attention to developing quality products that exceed the customer’s expectations.
For over 20 years, our superior quality Food Service products have been successful in hotels, cafés and restaurants across Australia.
Now, by popular demand, our delicious range of fresh-chilled mayonnaises and dressings can be found in the chiller at your local gourmet deli or selected supermarket.
