We understand that true quality starts with the ingredients. We are dedicated to using traditional and superior quality ingredients in all our products.

Where possible, we source Australian materials for our products.

Environment

Birch & Waite is committed to sustainable environmental solutions and is continually looking for opportunities to improve. We currently:

• Use cartons containing recycled material.
• Use water-saving devices and monitor water use.
• Recycle paper, cardboard and metals.
• Are committed to waste reduction.

Community

Birch & Waite supports various charities, such as Food Bank, with product.

Education

Birch & Waite supports both UNSW and University of Sydney Food Technology students:

• We arrange factory tours to give industry exposure to students and develop experience.
• We run a work experience programme for UNSW Food Technology students.
